Process to request JTA CE Credit:

  1. Affirm the survey was completed in full.
  2. Provide your name and email as it would have appeared in the submission.
  3. Submit the form.

Review of Requests for CE Credit:

  1. PACB staff will review survey data to confirm your email matches a submission and to validate the entire survey was completed. If both conditions are met, you will receive notice the CE has been awarded.
  2. If the email provided matches an entry that is incomplete, a retake link will be provided to allow completion of the survey. Although the survey will restart at the beginning, it retains the answers previously provided.
  3. When no match can be made to identify a participant, no CE will be awarded; however, the option to re-take the survey remains open.
